Allow an administrator group to receive notifications when there are workflow failures, job failures, instance provisioning failures, etc.
Description:
Currently there are minimal out of the box notifications when things go wrong inside of Morpheus. It would be nice to have built-in alerts for things that can go wrong on a day to day basis. For example, a workflow fails to execute, a scheduled job fails to run, or an instance fails to provision.
Example/Use case(s):
If an instance fails to provision, only the owner of the instance gets notified. An option (maybe a policy?) to notify an email address on failure would be helpful so someone can troubleshoot the failure.
