Is there any way to do offline K8s cluster (Dark Site) provisioning in a VMware environment ?

MKS K8S cluster provisioning has numerous external dependencies which would be downloaded via Internet. You would have to discover and make each dependency available manually, for both creation and maintenance of the cluster.
