BMC Remedy Integration support for Approval

Hello Experts,
I would like to know if Morpheus support Approval for provisioning, reconfigure and delete with BMC Remedy version Mid Tier 9.1 out of the box?

Is there any documents how does it work? Morpheus docs are very high level without much information.

Hi Piyush,

The BMC remedy integration is for CMDB only. It manages the lifecycle of the record.

yes, or ou can create a custom task type for approval in remedy using task plugin.

Thanks Anish, Customer would like to know, if it is in roadmap to be included in near future ? As Morpheus has BMC CMDB integration already in place for years.
