Whitelisting Percona DB Ports

Is it possible to whitelist the percona DB ports so that the communication is allowed only on those ports ?

Make sure that the following ports are not blocked by firewall or used by other software. Percona XtraDB Cluster requires them for communication.

  • 3306
  • 4444
  • 4567
  • 4568

You would essentially achieve that by restricting your OS or cloud firewall for communication on the ports you’ve defined.
