I believe this means you are behind a proxy. There is an update to apply the proxy settings earlier coming in v7.0.7 and v7.2.0.
You may want to sync with your team if an NFR is available for consumption as well.
Update: Sorry I see you are attempting to generate directly on the hub. I’ll have to confirm if that was still a planned accessible form. I’ve only done community licenses directly from the 1st launch Morpheus configuration wizard.
