Morpheus 6.2 upgrade without redhat repos

I am upgrading to 6.2 and the reconfigure is failing with Error executing action run on resource ‘execute[enable_redhat_codeready_repo]’

I also have the supplemental rpm installed
morpheus-appliance-supplemental-6.2.0-1.noarch
morpheus-appliance-6.2.0-1.el8.x86_64

How can we disable this in order to complete upgrade? we use our own internal repo’s.

Hi @csnyder,

I hope you are doing well today!

I think it might be best to create a support ticket for this particular item, since you are running into an error around the deployment. I think that will be a better way for us to help you, track the progress, and ensure we can solve for specific use cases in the future.

Here is the support portal:
https://support.morpheusdata.com/s/case/Case

If you have trouble logging in to create a ticket, you can contact your account manager.

Hope that helps!

For everyone else’s benefit, this issue is now resolved.

You need to add the code-ready repo (codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms) to your appliance nodes. This article resolved @csnyder’s issue:

More context on this - codeready-builder is a requirement for Guacamole (the technology behind the ‘Console’ tab on instances and VMs in Morpheus) to work :grinning:
