We integrated Morpheus with Infoblox however need more information on Throttle rate. Also if there is any recommendation or best practice to set this parameter ?

Per our docs, throttle rate is the delay between calls in MS.
Best practice isn’t really on the Morpheus side of things. It was added for networking teams with large environments that were concerned with the quantity of API calls required to inventory consumed IPs (which is typically not needed).
