E-mail Notification for Failed or Successful Provisioning

This sort of customisation is currently not possible.

I can see something similar has already been suggested in the ideas section here:

Ability to add additional content to auto-generated email for successful/failed instance deployment

Customize Email Content While we can add an additional email task to do this. Would prefer to include content (links, helpful docs, more details on instance) within the success/failed email that is generated when that provisioning result is complete instead of sending an additional email to the instance owner’s email.

Please consider upvoting the idea in that section - and commenting with info about your specific use case - as that may help with prioritisation.
