Customization of Morpheus and ServiceNow sync interval

We have published the Morpheus catalogs in ServiceNow using Morpheus data plugin. Currently there is a sync between Morpheus and ServiceNow integration every 10min,which creates lots of unnecessary logs in the ServiceNow system which impacts the overall performance of ServiceNow. Hence request you to consider this feature request as priority in your upcoming release.

Hi Morpheus,

An option to lower the frequency of this sync would really be appriciated.
Even better:

  • only sync catalog items on creation and on change.
  • Or manually trigger the sync of an Item
