On upgrade will all appliances have the Efficient IP plugin integrated and enabled? Or will they have to obtain and enable the plugin?
I believe they will have to manually add the plugin because it's not a part of core.

no. estes said eventually it will go on the marketplace when its up. but for now it will need to be delivered just to customers that ask for efficient ip support
