How can we map a single Morpheus server type to two ServiceNow CI classes?
For example, Azure VM Instance (Morpheus) → cmdb_ci_vm_instance (SNOW) and Azure VM Instance (Morpheus) → cmdb_ci_application_id (SNOW)
or alternative options to achieve this?

Looking at the integration I can see the Morpheus mapping can only be selected once so I don’t think that is possible within a single integration. A second integration would allow different mappings but would duplicate records in ServiceNow. I don’t know why the mappings are single use, I will ask internally, and update here. Maybe one to add to the ideas section of this forum?
