Enablement of a read-only access to the entire Morpheus portal
We have Business Users who look forward to getting a complete read-only access which is tied up on an AD group. Today, even though we created a separate role and tie all read-only permissions to every feature. Users are able to submit custom catalog actions which were published. So, we had to customize read-only role to uncheck access on specific custom catalogs to hide from read-only users as a workaround.
