I have scenario to discuss that I want to customize the Service Catalog View using custom Plugin. I want to show the Catalog Items Category Name on the left side and the all the items on the right side, when click on the category name it filter all the items related with that specific category.
Any Guidance will gently appreciated.

There’s no way to customize to that level on the current Service Catalog Persona. That said, the idea behind Personas was to allow users in the future to be able to create their full UI of choice.
Currently, I believe only the Standard Persona dashboard can be overwritten with a plugin.
