Fix "Category" on form to create support ticket

Fix the “Category” field on the page to create a new support case

I go to to open a support ticket. I can fill in most values easily, but when I get to the “Category” field it’s a nightmare. It is a required field, but there is no way to see all the categories, and the search is useless. It’s like a shot in the dark to find a category that even exists, much less one that is relevant to my ticket.

We’re working on enhancing/updating the flow for ticket creation. This is one of the items being improved upon, so stay tuned!
