Feature Request: Consider CPU Allocation Ratio in Capacity Calculations

Hello,

In our OpenStack environment, we use CPU allocation ratios to maximize the utilization of our physical resources. For example, a hypervisor with 16 physical vCPUs and an allocation ratio of 4:1 can support up to 64 vCPUs.

However, in Morpheus, the reported CPU capacity seems to be based solely on the physical vCPUs, without accounting for the allocation ratio. This leads to situations where Morpheus marks a hypervisor as 100% utilized even though, according to the allocation ratio, it still has available capacity.

It would be useful if Morpheus could factor in the CPU allocation ratio when calculating and displaying compute capacity. This would align the capacity reporting more closely with OpenStack’s configuration and provide more accurate insights for resource planning.

Is this a feature that could be added in a future release?
