I m new on the platform and I m trying to create a new DB but I m getting this MSG Error ```
Exception: Tenant base role USER_TXT not found

Any idea ?

I’m a bit confused by the ask / objective. You are trying to create an external DB to host Morpheus on? Or you are trying to deploy a DB instance type within Morpheus?

I m trying to do deploy a DB instance type within Morpheus using PostgreSQL create DB on Catalog-section.
