In the current Group meta information, there is only a Name, a Code, and a location (plus the 2 dropdowns for Config Mgmt, et al). I am finding that, because people tend to work in groups, that a group email would be a nice feature to have. That way, if a VM is removed, the entire group could get an email notification about it, as opposed to just us (administrators) and VM owners. Has anyone asked for this as a feature? Seems like a sensible feature request.

Hi @Wittling_Mark_CCI-At you can do that today using the teardown phase of provisioning workflow. You can attach a task which can generate list of users access to the infrastructure group instance is related to and send an email notification.
I will move this to Ideas as a feature suggestion.
