Attach existing ebs volume to EC2 creation provision

Am looking for below requirement

1.Attach existing ebs to new EC2 instance provision

2.Attach EBS to already created ec2 instance

Does Morpheus support this ?

Not via the native integration but can do using CF or TF as the layout technology
