Headline:
Allow user to pick VM destination folder when provisioning from catalog

Description:
When you create instances via Instances ADD, you are able to select VM folder where your instance will be placed in vSphere after provisioning.
We are not able to do the same via the Catalog, everything ordered from the Catalog gets placed in the /(root) folder in VSphere.

We are requesting a way to get that option in a Catalog or have a way to set a default folder where instances ordered from the Catalog get placed.

Hi @sghosh !

This is a good idea and something we have planned with the forms integration to add as a native selection list. There may be a method for querying that list with an option list right now but that is not ideal. Hopefully a 6.1.3 thing but no exact status as of yet.
