Snapshot policy to set the maximum number of snapshots on a instance.

Yes, it’s really bad if user take lots of snapshot per VM.
VMware snapshot is delta, not full copy. The more copies, the more delta is has.
In our previous solution, we only allow one snapshot per VM, max 5 days
