As discussed during VM build through Morpheus, by selecting VM build and unsupported VM type/sizes are selectable and causing deployment to fail . These unsupported or expired options should not be visible to user and only valid list should be displayed

When building VMs through Morpheus, by selecting VM build and unsupported VM type/sizes are selectable and causing deployment to fail. It does throw an error on the UI saying the selected size is not supported but only once the instance starts to provision. These unsupported or expired options should not be visible to users and the only valid list should be displayed. The customer ask is to add the validation check to filter the plan sizes.
