On a fresh Morpheus installation (using community license), I am trying to create a 3 node MVM (HPE VM) cluster, which is failing with " Error! Provisioning request exceeds the maximum HPE VM sockets allowed. Please check your license and upgrade if necessary."
I do not believe the Morpheus Community Edition includes licensing for a VME license since it went GA / 8.0.0. To evaluate VME, you must grab the installer from HPE Software Center and utilize the ISO provided. This will include a 60-day trial license for VME clusters.
@cbunge Is the HPE VM cluster same as MVM cluster? As the 7.0 documentation mentioned MVM (not HPE VM), and 8.0 mentioned HPE VM (not MVM), I assumed it just got renamed. I actually need to set up MVM cluster, and I have 8.0 installed. How can I enable/see the option?
via another appliance server having 7.0.10, i am not seeing any of the 2 options - HPE or MVM while creating cluster.
is there a process of applying for the closed BETA.
