Total amount of CPU

We have two questions:

  1. Is it possible to collect the total amount of CPU that is used by a cloud? The CPU value appears only in %. We were only able to check the total amount of memory and disk.

  2. Is it possible to check the total CPU, memory and disk used by all VMs provisioned in a specific cloud?
    We can only verify the value by accessing each of the instances.
