Sync Azure PaaS resources, manage them and apply custom pricing

In addition to the VMs, it would be useful if Morpheus could also synchronize and create other resources and the PaaS available by the Azure.

Below is an example list that I think is useful to have in Morpheus:

  • App Service
  • Azure AI services
  • Azure Cache for Redis
  • Azure Database for MySQL
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Maps
  • Azure Monitor
  • Azure SignalR Service
  • Azure SQL Database
  • Event Grid
  • Event Hubs
  • Notification Hubs
  • Power BI Embedded
  • Storage Accounts
  • Traffic Manager

If these resources were already created on the CSP, it would be useful to convert them to managed as already implemented with the VMs.

Finally, almost obvious, you must be able to add a custom price to the resources with the Prices and PriceSets section.
