Support Brownfield / Existing Backup Inventory
Description:
Currently all backup integrations support restore of greenfield backups. Morpheus currently does not support syncing existing backups into the platform and associating with instances/vms.
Example/Use case(s):
- Morpheus syncs in existing backups and associates with the VMs. Allows users to restore/delete/manage current existing backups as if they were greenfield.
- Many platforms support tag based backups. Users could utilize tagging to add to a backup job and Morpheus would still be aware of the backups.
