Policies: Show "enabled" tick to make it simple to see what polices are in force

I will close this idea.

Today I’ve discovered there are CSS classes to differentiate enabled and disabled policies, but the colors used do not contrast them well.

There is some CSS here which will allow users to set greater contrast
