At present “All Statuses” does not include instances of all statuses in the instance list view. Instead it is a subset, which is counter to what is likely inferred by users
Description:
Idea is to have an extra checkbox next to the filter such as “Show additional statuses” so a true view of all statuses can gained by selecting this check box. It may be preferable to rename “All Statuses” default value to something else such as “Key”, “Basic”, or “Primary” statuses also.
Example/Use case(s):
Using a “pending delete” policy, in the default “All Statuses” view the instance disappears immedietly on deletion, which is counter to likely inferred behaviour where it remains visible and takes on the pending delete status and icon.
