Provides static IP assignment for multi-node instance.
Currently Morpheus provides the possibility of static IP assignment only for a single-node instance even if it allows the creation of multi-node instances.
Example/Use case(s):
Provision a multi-node instance in a vsphere cloud with no DHCP services available.
