I am facing an issue with Morpheus version 7.0.7. Whenever I log-in to the environment, sometime it just kicks out the user. If I move around tab then for a few ones, it kicks out the user.
The same is not happening for a different morpheus environment (6.2.2) and I am using the same browser. Could you please suggest what can I check to resolve this issue ?
Sounds like you are not navigating to the same page as what’s set in the /etc/morpheus/morpheus.rb file for appliance URL. The application will try to redirect always to that appliance URL.
If this was installed by Morpheus services and you have a valid support contract, I would recommend opening a support ticket. The GID/UID could have been setup by the person utilizing the morpheus.rb configuration prior to the initial reconfigure.
That said, the GID and UID should only impact the ability to utilize your shared NFS and should not be causing the redirect to the login page. Your issues are still very indicative of appliance url vs load balancer fqdn/user navigation.
Hi @cbunge - Thank you for the support. We were able to resolve the sessions kick-out issue. It was due to NTP, there was 1 Morpheus VM which was not in sync so we synced it accordingly.
