Description:
Allow Morpheus IP pool created on Master tenant to be modified in subtenant level (after granting permission to subtenant)
Example/Use case(s):
The only way to have network pool assigned on VMware cloud integration is to have IP pool created in same tenant as Cloud integration.
There are cases when IP pool management (host records, IP reservations) is requested to be managed by customer themselves at subtenant level.
Would be nice to have feature implemented that if permission for IP pool is assigned for subtenant, then subtenant can create/delete host records in that IP pool (based on permissions role user have on subtenant level)
Creating IP pool at subtenant is not an option because then you cannot map it to VMware Cloud level network which is coming from master level cloud integration
