I have a question around Morpheus installation for a 3-Node HA, when installing the morpheus initial installation, does that include elastic search and rabbitmq in the download link from Morpheus, or elastic search and rabbitmq needs to be installed individual, and if so where does the download comes from? Would this be their official website respectively?

A 3-node HA deployment will have RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch installed on the same nodes as the Morpheus application. The Morpheus installation process will take care of the installation of these. Some additional manual steps are required to cluster RabbitMQ.
