I would like to create an image that contains more than one disk, one root disk and another 2 data disk as a template. how can I do so. In KVM cloud.

The KVM cloud type only supported Brownfield inventory and has since been deprecated. There are steps to creating virtual images VMs for MVM / HPE VME on the Morpheus or HPE documentation pages. https://docs.morpheusdata.com
