Getting externalId in Morpheus server api

Morpheus API Option List Fields (Server API) does not provide externalId

Description:
We need to population an options with list of servers available in particular cloud/zone. The list will provide Server Name as display field and provide externalId as value.

Example/Use case(s):
Build an AWS ALB with two existing instances

I believe using .value instead of .id will return this result. Additionally, if you have the ID a return call to the API of morpheusurl/api/servers/{id} would have all additionally payload data needed.
