It would probably be useful to implement a feature to prevent multitenant roles from being deleted.
Currently in Morpheus 7.0.5 a user can delete a locked-role in a subtenant and it is not possible to recreate it. The only way to do this is to delete the locked-role from the master tenant and recreate it, but this would cause you to lose all the customizations of instance type permissions, workflow permissions, etc… in the subtenants.
