Enablement of Support Menu for Service Catalog Persona:
Pfizer requires all end users access to Morpheus via the Service Catalog Persona.
Support menu, were a end user can refer a KBA article on how to request a catalog or getting help from a service desk is a long time ask.
We see that Support menu is available in Standard persona for an administrator which is not relevant as Administrators are already SME’s. Hence request Morpheus team to enable Support menu with all the capabilities of calling an external link for additional assistance from Service catalog persona.
