Chatbot Plugin assistant

We have a wide range of knowledge base articles available for our end user base. Looking forward to assist them with basic questions through chatbot.

Use case 1: Help users with pre-defined answers on few repeated or basic questions through chatbot.
Use case 2: Provide flexibility to users to write get a feedback from end users through chatbot.
Use case3: Enhance the chatbot flexibility to make calls to catalog for auto submission by collecting the required details from end users.


The globalUI provider in the plugin SDK would likely let you create a plugin which serves the javascript required to launch a Chatbot - I think they are usually embedded JS.
