Description:
When deploying a CloudFormation App Blueprint or Instance Type, the default behavior is to rollback if an error is encountered when deploying the template. There are times during testing that keeping the resources available is advantageous to be able to inspect them before they are destroyed. Having a configurable option added for this will allow more flexibility.
