Add refresh option to Actions menu so Instances such Virtual Machine state can be updated.
VMs are being powered on and off and Morpheus does not show state until cloud scan is performed. It would be good if user could request state is refreshed as needed.
User powers off VM via OS command. VM shutdowns quickly however Morpheus state does not change until cloud rescan done. Upshot is user does not see correct state of the world for X minutes.
