RBAC: Access for users to be able to cancel/retry tasks
We’d like to restrict users the ability to cancel and retry tasks. Right now, users have the ability to cancel any task during the Provisioning Phase when it’s actively running. To prevent misconfiguration, we’d benefit from having that control in place to ensure all tasks are executed.
