Admin integration for git repository fails for submodules

Issue: Automation task does not show up for python script when using a git repo with submodules. Seems like this was fixed for version 5.4.15, is this still stable on version 6?
If I take out the submodules from the repository it just works. Otherwise its unable to load the python script.

I believe 5.4.15 released after 6.0.0. The latest LTS versions of 6.x (6.0.3 currently) would contain fixes applied also in 5.4.15.
